This is a genuine cel used in the production of the Japanese animation series Tonde Buurin.
Tonde Buurin stars a young girl named Karin, who, with the help of a magic compact, can transform into a much loved super hero called Super Pig. Until she does 108 good deeds, she is stuck in that form before she can choose what she can look like next. Tonde Buurin has a small cult following in several countries, though unfortunately it has not been released in the USA.
CONDITION:
GOOD. Does have several paint specks on the front (somebody obviously got two cels stuck together), but otherwise hardly any noticable line fading. Original background included! A1.
