This wonderful Merchant Skirt is the companion piece for the Vest in another listing. A full elastic waist opens up to a very generous a line bottom. The hemline is slightly curved as opposed to being straight across and all throughout the skirt are grommets and small pleats. The skirt comes with one tie and how you wish to use it , with the many grommet options is entirely up to you.
