The pattern for this hat started out as a cute little acrylic winter number and I thought, wow, let's adapt it to a fun spring-summer accessory set. The result is this marvelous hat-and-scarf set hand crocheted in sturdy and soft 100% Cotton yarn. I've used a Lime-Blue variegated alternating with White for the scarf and White for the hat with an attached braided band in the Lime-Blue variegated.
This is one of those fabulous take-it-with-you-stuff-in-the-purse items, the perfect spring and summer accessory set. Hat circumference is 22", Total Side Length 8.5" and the scarf measures a total, including fringe, of 66" long and approximately 4" wide. I've photographed the hat showing a few different ways you can wear it, whichever look is best for you.
