When your painting is ready we will show you a proof for your approval and you can ask for modifications (free of charge). The painting will be shipped after you have approved it.
How does the process of having my photo turned into a painting work?
1. Once you have decided on the item you would like to purchase please proceed with the steps in order to submit payment
2. Email your photo to us ([email protected]) mentioning your eCrater.com order number and your name
3. Our graphic department will check your photo quality and edit it. You may even ask us to make changes to the photo. For example: Removal or adding of objects/people, background color changes, changes of background using another photo and much more is possible
4. Once you have approved the edited photo we will start the painting.
5. The artist will take 10-20 days depending on the difficulty of the photo and the size of the painting you have ordered
6. We email you a photo of the painting and you can ask the artist to make changes to the painting or approve it
7. Once the painting is approved we will prepare to ship it to you.
