  • Description
Offered is a Heidi Marsh Pattern. This is an reproduction pattern made from authentic patterns.

This evening dress was originally a gold colored satin. The skirt was full with three deep flounces and edged by a ruche of gold colored satin ribbon with a narrow black velvet ribbon through the centre. Each flounce is covered by one of black lace; in a very rich pattern. Corsage plain and pointed. The berthe corresponds exactly to the double flounces on the skirt as does the deep jockey forming the sleeve.

The pattern is a rendition created by Heidi Marsh in 1983. It is pattern LB - 3 FBG which is the Flounced Ball Gown called The Alameda and was featured in Feb 1859 Godey.

Condition: Complete pattern. But it is hard to follow. I would suggest that if you are not an advanced seamstress to not attempt this pattern.
