Fits all genders, male or female. Soft pouch is washable. Sensor clips to underwear or pajamas or pull-ups in an area that will get wet during urination. Alarm, contained in cloth pouch, usually clips to a shoulder. Trains sleeping wearer to wake up when wearer has to urinate.
