Cairo has long been a part of the permanent eyeshadow lineup, but is now a hard-to-find discontinued eyeshadow color. It's described as a "shimmering champagne rose."

It's a wonderful neutral that's totally "MEBB" (my eyelids but better); it blends in beautifully and just the eyelids are really finished look.

Luminous, light-reflecting powders for shading, highlighting and lining eyes. Highly pigmented, long-wearing, crease-resistant colors glide on smoothly and evenly and blend effortlessly. Can be applied sheer or layered for a more dramatic effect.

True color application. Can be applied dry or with a dampened brush for heightened intensity.
