DUAL STONE is the whetstone that has lost fine voids as much as possible by manufactured in baking method.
It has both property of hardness of Oilstone & grinding power of Water whetstone.
Only need few drops of oil or water on the surface and start sharpening.
Attached Diamond Plate is also useful for the adjustment of nicked Ceramic Knife edge.
