The Sports Pad is in superb remarkable shape; it looks like it never has been used. The box is in good condition.
The Sega Sports Pad is infamous for being a very bad and unresponsive controller. The reputation is unfortunately well deserved as the only 3 games exclusively designed for the accessory (Great Ice Hockey, Sports Pad Football and Sports Pad Soccer) control simply terrible.
The good news is that surprisingly the Sports Pad plays very well with standard Sega Master System titles. Games such as R-type and The Ninja are very responsive and are quite playable. Also you can use the Sports Pad on other consoles that have standard 9 pin controller ports like the Atari 2600 and Commodore 64.
