Here is one more cute bedroom piece...this time a 4 poster bed with matching nightstand. It's another set of NOS from the miniature store that closed some years ago and has been in storage since.
This box doesn't have a brand name on it nor do the pieces. I suspect it might have been used for display since the pillow bolster has come loose..there is old glue on the back of it that shows how it is suppolsed to be!
The bed itself is 6-1/2" long, 5-1/2" wide, and 4-3/4" tall to top of posts. The frame holds the mattress in place and the dust ruffled is glued onto the underneath side. Pillow of course goes in place at the head.
The little nightstand measures 2" wide, 2-1/8" tall, and is 1-3/8" deep. All working drawers. Both pieces are done in a pretty walnut.
This would be a great set for a guest room...or any other bedroom in your dollhouse or room setting! Pretty pieces! (Four poster beds are always a great touch!)
