Handcrafted Japanese tsuge (boxwood) detangler brush with extra-wide pin spacing for fast detangling and quick touch-ups.
Ease tangles with just a few strokes. Ideal for everyday use whenever your hair needs a quick refresh.
The wide spacing helps detangle without pulling, snagging, or flattening natural volume. Also excellent for thick, curly, wavy, or permed hair.
※ Quick Detangle from Ends, Mid-Lengths, or Roots
The extra-wide pin spacing allows you to brush comfortably from the ends, mid-lengths, or roots.
Smooth, rounded wooden pins glide easily through hair while helping add volume and reduce pulling.
※ Bring Out Hair's Natural Beauty
Tsuge (boxwood) is a super-dense, fine-grained hardwood containing countless microscopic pores.
As you brush, these tiny pores help distribute your hair's natural oils in thin, even layers, bringing out its natural gloss and helping hair look smoother and healthier.
※ Reduce Frizz
Unlike plastic brushes, tsuge does not generate static electricity during use. It works with your hair rather than against it.
※ Help Prevent Damage
Seamless, polished wooden pins glide through hair instead of fighting it. There are no rough seam lines to snag hair and contribute to breakage or split ends.
❖ Product Details

❖ About Tsuge
Tsuge, also known as boxwood, is a slow-growing tree that takes more than thirty years to mature. Its exceptionally dense wood is prized in Japan for producing combs and brushes with an extraordinary polish and finish.
To make a brush, wood is harvested from tsuge trees that are at least 35 years old. After cleaning, the wood is carefully seasoned and dried before only the finest-grained pieces are selected for handcrafting through multiple stages of shaping, carving, polishing, and treating with camellia oil.
❖ How to Care for Your Brush
Tsuge combs and brushes perform best when occasionally cleaned with camellia oil. Over time, they become smoother and more polished, while the wood develops a deeper, richer color.
※ Use a soft toothbrush and a few drops of camellia oil to clean your brush. Wipe with a soft cloth.
※ Store your brush in your purse or vanity drawer as you would any fine personal accessory.
Every brush comes with a 5 ml bottle of our wildcrafted camellia oil.
