PRINCESS CRUISES - Royal Princess - Vintage Luncheon Menu - September 17, 1987
Description: Here's a vintage luncheon menu from a Royal Princess Alaska cruise in 1987. Among the 13 entrees listed are Steak Tartare, Smoked Sturgeon, and Broiled Roulade of Frankfurters. The desserts included Cream Baba Au Rhum and Neapolitan Cheese Cake.
The cover illustration is a watercolor by Bob Young, "one of Southern California's award-winning painters".
The menu is printed on a light card stock and folded to present 4 sides. In the lower right corner on the back of the menu is what I assume is an identification code, "CL-9".

Size: approx. 11" x 8½"
Condition: Fine, I'd say. The menu is clean, with just some slight rubbing along the edges. (Please see scans.)
