"Poliana Gourmet" olive oil with wild thyme 250ml

The Dragoneas-Skliris family has a privately-owned estate in Fichtia, Mycenae, in the Argolida region. This is where the family produces the “Poliana gourmet”, an extra virgin olive oil with wild thyme, made from selected olives of the variety known as "Koroneiki" and the aromatic wild thyme of the area.
This exquisite product is made thanks to a "secret" family recipe. The olive oil is produced by crushing the olives together with the wild thyme. The family uses the milling stones of the oil press plant to achieve mild crushing, a process that offers an aromatic and most delicious oil product.
