Made in Bulgaria in 1960's in the Razgrad porcelain factory. This was the largest porcelain factory, producing kitchenware and pottery. You could tell how old is it by looking on the imperfections on the bottom. The technology was on this level in Bulgaria. Nice gold tone trim and roses.
