HW-1130 Strong weak or balanced matrix
Provide an example of a project that would be ideally suited to each type of matrix (weak, balanced, and strong). Discuss what you believe is more important for successfully completing a project- the formal project management structure or the culture of the parent organization. Going to college is analogous to working in a matrix environment in that most students take more than one class and must distribute their time across multiple classes. Discuss the problems this situation creates for you. Discuss how it could affect your performance. Suggest how the system could be better managed to make your life less difficult and more productive
