The record is NEW: UNUSED and UNOPENED. The jacket is in very good / excellent condition, with minor corner and circular wear, a small "cutoff" corner and hole in the upper lefthand corner.

Music Conducted and Arranged by AL HAM.
This score includes the popular songs What Kind of Fool Am I? , Once in a Lifetime and Gonna Build a Mountain.
It's on WARNER BROS RECORDS / STEREO / CAT# BS-1643.

THE COMPOSERS:

LESLIE BRICUSSE and ANTHONY NEWLEY found instant fame and success with the 1962 Broadway premiere of STOP THE WORLD. They also combined their skills for the Broadway score of The Roar of the Greasepaint - The Smell of the Crowd and the film score from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Alone, BRICUSSE has contributed music and/or lyrics to Jekyll & Hyde (the musical) , Victor / Victoria (both the film and Broadway productions) , Pickwick , Scrooge (1970 film , subsequently adapted into a popular stage producton) , Doctor Dolittle (1967) and Goldfinger (title song).

Alone, NEWLEY composed the score for the London stage production of The Good Old Bad Old Days and the film Can Hieronymous Merkin Ever Forget Mercy Humppe (and Find True Happiness)?
