UNIQUE VINTAGE GLAZED PORCELAIN VELMA DOLL BY V. DOWWLING ORIGINAL CHECKERED
I recently came in possession of gorgeous collection of porcelain dolls, most of them antique or vintage. I will describe each to all details I see. I wish I know more about dolls to identify the age and maker when there are no marks.
This porcelain doll has beautiful high quality porcelain head, arms and legs. Her body is staffed.
Her clothes are not made very well. Has brass button with 'VELMA' etched on it. Her black and white checkered dress decorated with white lace.
Her face is gently hand painted. Her head has sculptured and painted on hear. Her mouth is slightly open.
