This original Kwik Sew pattern appears to be from the 70s or early 80s and is suitable for creating a wonderful skirt and blouse designed by Kerstin Martensson. From the envelope, "Flared skirt has center front and center back seam and zipper opening at center back. Skirt is cut on bias when using woven fabric and on straight grain when using knit fabric. Finished skirt length 26". Blouse with raglan sleeves has slit at center front. Blouse is gathered into a shaped neckband. View A features ties on front neckband and long cuffed sleeves. View B has short flared sleeves. Blouse can be worn tucked in or as an overblouse."
