It comes with a black garter band (as seen in the last photo).I was able to stretch mine to make it a little bigger to fit my thigh.I have pretty thick thighs (not easy to tell in the photo) but they are 23" for reference.I would not suggest this for anyone with a thigh bigger than 23" around.The stretch band allows you to wear it high or wear it low.I like wearing mine under dresses but it can be worn under shorts as well (as seen in the first picture).Wearing: you put this item on like you would stockings. Your foot goes in through every other one.
