US Bicentennial Belt Buckle 1976

This metal belt buckle was made for the 1976 Bicentennial celebration. It has on the front USA 76 and the word "Bicentennal", which is misspelled. The numbers have some rubbing. It measure 3" across by 2" high, with no manufacturer name on the back, but a logo of a torch. I am unsure of the metal and have only one.
