This is a very fine lightweight linen tablecloth in baby blue that has fat Madeira embroidery and fine appliqued pastel linen flowers and clusters of embroidered white dots. The hem is deep and done in threadwork. All four sides are done in the deep hem.
Condition is clean and undamaged but it is an old tablecloth and has the feel of a venerable old linen.
While this is a tablecloth, I think it could easily be used as a spread in a baby's crib or pram.
Measurements are 36 by 38 inches.
The photos do not do this cloth justice. Being such delicate colors the definition is less than reality. The cloth is atop a dark oak table which doesn't help.
