1964 JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT Trade Fair - Booklet & Admission Ticket - Chicago
Description: Here are a couple pieces of historical memorabilia from the Eleventh Annual Junior Achievement Trade Fair, held February 15 and 16, 1964, at Chicago's International Amphitheatre.
The 12-page booklet (about 9" x 4½") provides descriptions and explanations of what Junior Achievement and the Trade Fair were all about, lists the people responsible for running Junior Achievement in Chicago, and includes a directory of all the J.A. operating companies that were represented at the fair, along with their sponsors and booth numbers.
The ticket gives a "Students" admission price of $.50 but was rubber-stamped for the use of an "EXHIBITOR". It is blank on the back.
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The booklet is intact and unmarked, but has a mild crease from having once been folded in half vertically, is a bit worn around the edges, and slightly soiled on the back. The ticket is unused but has a small diagonal crease across the lower left corner.
