Layer Chakras color under or over any Lip Ink Classic color, or use by itself. When dry, apply Magic Powder with fingertip to add a shimmer effect. Use the Shine Moisturizer or a lip color to seal in the powder.Eyes as Eyeshadow:Apply directly on clean, bare lids with the applicator, let dry. With fingertip, apply Magic Powder on top for a shimmery effect. Use liner brush as eye liner if desired. This item works best in conjunction with our OFF and Moisurizer products.
