RETURN POLICY

· We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are dead on arrival. If it is determined that item is functioning properly we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
· No returns on AS-IS items
· No returns on international shipped items as well
· Refunds or exchanges will be provided minus shipping cost
· Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
· Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

· Well Used - Used item that shows heavy wear
· Clearance – Most items are new, open box, demo or discontinued items that are in good working order. We will not accept returns on these items unless dead on arrival (DOA)
