Description

This seems to have been done with much love...a lavender linen guest size hand towel (probably ready made?) that has been enhanced with white tatting (hand done?)...3 matching motifs in a design on the front and a different design of tatting edging on each end. If you look closely you can see where the motifs and edging were applied by hand. It measures 21" in length including edging and 13" wide.
It is in good shape for a vintage estate piece although you can see a shadow of something that looks like a crocheted/tatted? design that might have been impressed on the towel, possibly in storage? It isn't noticeable unless you are looking for it.
This charming piece is ready for a new life...as a guest towel if the decor will fit, or a new use that you think might make both of you happy!
