The top and bottom both light up, but the topworks, and the bottom one I do not have a bulb to test. All wirings looks good.See pic. It is in good condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. May see acouple of flea bites under rim of shade, but not too noticeable. Lamp measures approx. 20” in height, TopShade measures approx. 10” in diameter, & The bottom shade measures approx.8” in diameter. Very elegant to see lit up. Maker unknown. Selling as is.
