THE FOLLOWING ARE SHIPPING GUIDELINES FOR CHRISTMAS 2012: THE USPS RECOMMENDS FIRST CLASS ITEMS SHIPPED BY DECEMBER 20TH FOR CHRISTMAS ARRIVAL. HOWEVER, MANY TIMES IT MAY NOT ARRIVE IN TIME IF NOT SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL SO PLEASE CHOOSE SENSIBLY WHEN CHECKING OUT. THE LAST DAY TO GUARANTEE CHRISTMAS ARRIVAL FOR CHRISTMAS DAY WITH EXPRESS MAIL IS ON DECEMBER 21ST, FRIDAY. SUNDAY IS A DEAD DAY WHEN MAIL DOES NOT MOVE AND MANY LOCATIONS REQUIRE TWO DAYS FOR EXPRESS MAIL TO REACH THEIR DESTINATION. THIS HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST. PLEASE PAY AND ORDER BY DECEMBER 21ST USING EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE IF IN THE USA, IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE AN ITEM FOR CHRISTMAS. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: UPDATED SHIPPING INFORMATION AS OF 01/24/2013 I clearly state that shipping internationally is $48.50 US dollars. It is what the USPS charges me, and they recently raised their rates by a whopping 10.00, and many times I must add about 6.00 to that amount to ship Express Mail. It is the only way I ship internationally due to theft, etc. If shipping is less, I always reimburse. And of course, I always offer free shipping in the USA to all buyers. Also, keep in mind that I cannot control customs and how long it takes the package to arrive. And, many times countries will not allow express fully insured packages so I must than ship priority mail service but it almost always comes out to the same amount as the express cost or even exceeds it many times. If there is an overage, I will gladly reimburse. We will NOT ship to the following countries due to problems with customs and lost packages: IrelandRussia If you purchase and pay for the item your money will be refunded so please do not purchase if you live in Ireland or Russia.
