Condition: Excellent, I'd say. I've recently played the record and it still sounds great with no skips. There seemed to be almost no noticeable background noise (i.e., clicking or popping). The vinyl looks very clean with only a handful of wispy surface scratches. The labels show no visible wear. The jacket is also clean and fresh, but a small sticker with a new record number (AL8-8004) is wrapped around the top of the spine.
