Production and shipping time for made to order jackets is 20-25 working days. Once the parcel is dispatched, you will be notified. Tracking # of the parcel will be also provided.

DUTIES & TAXES:

Items are shipped from Pakistan, stated as 'Samples' with the invoice value of US$10.00/- only. Any duties or taxes which may occur during the shipment, are payable by the buyer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE:

Customized orders are non-refundable. However, they could be exchanged, only if the customer finds it not as per the listing description. For exchange, kindly contact us within 7 days. Exchange item will be dispatched after the receipt of the original item. Buyer has to pay for the return.
