First of all, this item is made to order so you will need to allow a few days from when you order. I normally sell these so quickly that it's difficult to keep them made ahead. Also, since it is made from satin and tulle, I think you will appreciate the fact that I make them when ordered since they won't be stored and wrinkly.
This handmade American Girl First Communion dress has a circular skirt with a rolled serged hem. The bodice looks like a ballerina top with skinny straps. It has an overskirt of two layers of tulle. I decorate the straps with little tulle sleeve caps.
My veil is hand-sewn to a flower headpiece that I put together. I include 2 small hair clips so you can attach the headpiece to your doll's head.
You will also receive tights, shoes and a small cross necklace to complete the perfect First Communion gift for your little girl. Now her American Girl doll can have her own First Communion outfit too!
