*Rejuvenating eye mask (contain removable therapeutic gel insert) - soothe tired eyes. Flexible headband fits all sizes. Use with gel inserts. *All-purpose body pad (contain removable therapeutic gel insert) - Use anywhere your body needs therapeutic relief. Hot Gel Therapy: To heat gel insert(s), remove from zippered velour cover and submerge in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Cold Gel Therapy: To cool gel insert(s), remove from zippered fabric and place inside your freezer for approximately 10 minutes. Cleaning Fabrics: To clean the velour covers, remove the gel inserts and gently wash the fabric with warm soapy water. Let fabric air dry. Microbead Rest Pillow should be surface-washed only. Never submerge pillow in water.
