ITALY Postage Stamp - 1863 - 15c King Victor Emmanuel II (Sc. #23) - Unused

Here's a nice old postage stamp issued by Italy 150 years ago. It carries a 15 centesimi denomination in a King Victor Emmanuel II design. I believe that it's Scott Catalog #23, issued in 1863. However, I'm not a professional stamp dealer and I'm not an expert on these, so please use the scans to verify my identification for yourself.

Condition: Unused, centered as shown, with small creases and a light hinge mark on back. It appears to have full gum but the gum seems to me to be very thin, so I don't know if that's normal or not. (Please see scans.)
