This oven is quickly and easily assembled into a sturdy piece of cooking furniture that will complement any outdoor setting. Not only does it look good, it heats up quickly and cooks your pizza, bread or roast with all the authentic flavours of real wood fired cooking.
The cooking chamber is stainless steel lined to help keep the heat where it's needed.
There is enough room inside to fit several LARGE pizzas at once, and the hungry guests standing around will be treated to the divine smell and warmth from the oven as it radiates heat in all directions.
Through the 6mm thick tempered glass window you can literally watch your food cook before your eyes.
The thick, heavy doors on the front are securely attached to the oven, and won't come off in your hands.
The sides are brushed stainless steel, so that you won't be driven nuts wiping away fingerprints.
The firebox is big enough to keep a decent fire going and has firebricks on the bottom.
The stainless steel flue has a damper half way up, and the firebox has an adjustable oxygen supply so you can set it for slow burning once you have a bed of glowing coals.
The dual shelf system means that you can cook a pizza and a roast at the same time.
The oven chamber has two baking layers, made of stainless steel, and the firebox below is completely separate to the oven chamber, paved with firebricks on the floor.
There are two flues allowing the smoke directly up to the stainless steel chimney.
Most Importantly there is insulation with ceramic fibre blanket which will keep the oven at constant temperature.
This oven includes a square pizza stone that fits neatly in the lower shelf to give your pizza the crisp crust that makes it special.
