Imperial Classic Women's Vest SZ L

I have for sale a lovely lightweight vintage knit sweater vest. It is in excellent shape with no rips or tears or snags that I see. I think they call this popcorn knit as it has little bumps all over. It is 38" under the arm and a total length neck to hem is 23". It has been washed.
