Fun Fashion 1/2 Moon Textured Vintage Button Ring

I have been having a lot of fun putting together some fun fashion rings using beads, old buttons, clay flowers and more. This one I have used a gold plated adjustable ring base size 6 1/2 and up and glued on a large thick 1/2 moon shaped brown plastic. Vintage button. It is very unique and I had a terrible time getting a good picture. The parts that look wet are polished and shiny and the other parts are carved out and a matte light brown colour and not so white looking. It is about 27mm or just over an inch wide and about 9mm or 3/8" thick in the middle. I have added a picture of the GP base also.
