Vintage Black Leaf Raised Patterned Evening or Business Work Dress With Belt

This is for a Vintage black textured dress with a raised leaf pattern and I am guessing from the 50's or 60's. It feels like polyester but has no tags on it. I'm guessing the size to be about a 12/14. It is 38" under the arms and the fitted waist is 30". The dress has short sleeves with a round neckline and a 16" zipper in the back. The back neckline is slightly lower than the front. It is 33" long from the back of the neck to the hem. It has a matching cloth covered plastic belt 1" by 36". I did wash this dress but not the belt. It has a fitted waist with darts all around the bottom half to make is slightly flared and darts for the bust area. The dress is in very nice shape.
