I have for sale some like new vintage novels. Thisbook is in excellent condition. The dust cover is in poor/fair shape. Idon't think this book was ever read. The book was wrote and publishedin 1950.Itis called *Pound Foolish* and is a novel which has contrived a gay andgentle tale, warm in sympathy and rich in humor. Written by RobertMolloy and printed by J. B. Lippincott Company Philadelphia & NewYork. It has 307 pages.Charlestonseemed quiet and somnolent in that warm summer of 1914. But there wereominous threats beneath its calm surface. Henri Lemay in particularfound much to disturb him-most of all the odd behavior of his niece andward. But also there was this unaccountable affairs in Europe. And anorthern lady had had the effrontery to leave a bequest to the city fora memorial to John Brown.
