I have for sale some like new vintage novels. This book is in excellent condition with very small wear on the edges by the binding. The dust cover is in fair shape I don't think this book was ever read. The last print date on the inside for 1953. It is called *The Silent Reefs* and is a romantic adventure novel. Written by Dorothy Cottrell and printed by The William Morrow & Company. It has 241 pages. A story of love and adventure in the West Indies follows the strange disappearance of the motor ship, Christophe, lost with all hands in a sea as calm as glass. The Christophers were a French family who had lived on Home Island for generations. The Island itself had long been famous for stories of piracy and lost treasure. But when Captain Malcolm Christophe bade his wife goodbye and set off on his last voyage, no one dreamed that there would be yet another, true mystery to add to the islands store of legend.
