Vintage Black and White Dress Puff Sleeves

This is a gently used Vintage dress but in very nice shape. It has no tags I'm Guessing it to be about a size 18/20. It has a 30" elastic waist with a black lightweight black tie belt. The skirt is full pleated. The overall length is 43". It has a 12" zipper at the back. It is 38" across under the arms. If you need more info please ask.

Because this is over 1 kg it has to go parcel.
