1 1/2" Hoop Dangle Earrings Blue Rain

This is a lovingly hand crafted pair of earrings. I have use many 4mm crystal beads in 2 colors of blue and clear glass beads and put them on surgical steel silver plate hoops. I have put 7 strands in 4 different lengths to make them look like falling rain. They are very pretty and sparkly! They are about 2 1/4" long in total.
