COOKING DIRECTION:
Prepare 500 g beef / chicken / mutton and fried shallot flakes.
1. Boil beef / chicken / mutton until tender. Allow 500 ml / 2 glasses of broth to remain in the pan.
2. Add 1 sachet of Indofood Instant Seasoning Mix for Oriental Curry and stir well.
3. Cook another 15 minutes on a low flame. Serve hot with sprinkle of fried shallot flakes.
