This Valentine 11oz ceramic coffee mug pair makes a unique and very personal Valentine’s Day or Romantic gift. Just add your photo and optional text and you have the perfect way to say “I Love U” any time of the year.
Choose one design option for both mugs, or select a different design for each mug. You may add up to 50 characters of text on your design with no additional charge.

3) Reply to the email with your photo, text, and one or two design choices
recommended size: 300 x 300 pixels or higher

use our online designer to edit, and submit your design
A link to the online designer will be in your confirmation email
4) We send a proof to your registered ebay email within 24 - 36 hours of payment.
5) Please respond with your approval or design changes within 48 hours of receiving this email.
6) If approval is not received within 48 hours, we will use the design submitted and start production of your item without confirmed approval.
7) Changes cannot be made after production has begun – usually within 48 hours of submission of order.
8) If you don’t receive your confirmation order email within 24 hours, please contact us from ebay.

The recommended image or photo size is: 300 x 300 pixels or higher
We accept the following formats: png, jpg, tiff, eps or psd
The design is centered and wrapped across the mug.
The total design area is 9” across by 3.5” high. The actual design dimensions may be smaller depending on the chosen design.
We reserve the right to make final layout and design choices based on the size and quality of the images you send us.
Please note, the final product can only be as good as the quality of your picture. Make certain to send your best photo or image with the highest resolution possible for best results.
We usually can work with most images sent, but if the quality is an issue, we will email you to request a better image or photo.
