handmade from around 35yards of soft smooth white Bridal tulle, that has been gathered and serged to the white fabric covered elastic waistband. This tutu is completely sewn!

Measurement: Sizes go by smallest waist size tutu will fit to largest Hips tutu fits over

This is machine washable and can be dried in low heat.
