VINTAGE METAL LANTERN LAMP WINGED WHEEL JAPAN BOAT DECOR MISSING GLASS

This is a very old latern lamp or whatever is left of it. I know that at least it should have a glass.

All movable parts are moving, but it is just a carcas.

This item measures about 9".
