Sage and Sweetgrass Smudge Stick

Smudging is an important purification ritual in many different cultures and traditions. This Sage is easy to use and is durable. When used correctly, smudge sticks will last for months if you put them out each time. The sage and lavender are combined together in a thick, 5" long bundle.

I have always been taught that Sage is the "Warrior" and drives out negativity from you and your space. Sweetgrass brings in good spiritual energy.
