The Kuechle Back Oblaten are great for baking, providing an excellent base for gingerbread and macaroons. I've had good results using them, and they hold up nicely during baking. While I wish there were different sizes available, the 40mm ones work fine for my needs. Overall, a solid product for anyone into baking.
