We have seen children to adult men weighing 250 pounds wear these hats well. They are a one size fits most hat for men, women, and children. After being worn a few times, they do tend to "stretch" a bit for a more roomier fit but definitely keep their shape nicely. They can be hand-washed in cool to luke warm, soapy water and hung to dry. Fluff them with your hand, once dry, for that new look. Please ask if you have any questions.
