It has adjustable lingerie straps but additionally it has larger elastic straps that you can wear off shoulder if you like.The ground color is sky blue and the floral print is deep purple. Together they work splendidly!Empire style and it has mother of pearl buttons front center to the trimmed out under bust. That same purple trim is found towards the bottom, right before the attached ruffle.Cool thing about this are the poufy pockets on either side. Although it's a short dress would be cool worn over jeans for a nice festival top. Either side has tiny ties that tie back center. Oh, and P.S. this makes a great traveler because it looks fabulous crinkled.
