On/Off Shoulder Feminine Peasant Dress Cool Embroidery

®This is agreatdress with a beach chick, rockabillyor even a peasant-y retro vibe. But in any case, it's fromour fave company. You have your choice of a deep dark plum or fire engine red. Note the closeup of the plum was lightened to show details -- but the faraway shot is true. These have littleembroidered "suns" scattered about. And, the embroidery work is top notch with lots of French Knots and such all done by hand. The workmanship is top notch.It's 100% soft cotton and the skirt part is lined. It's got a somewhat plungey front with lots of rows of teensy elastic all around giving it a ruched look. This elastic repeats under the bust and there are 3 rows of 3 teensy elastic. This makes the skirt part gathered and it falls, full to the bottom where there is morefabulous embroidery and French knot flowers. The very bottom of the dress has excellent swoopy cotton floral trim.The puff sleeves also have 3 rows of the teensy elastic. This looks good on or pulled off shoulder. The dress comes to about the knee and is full at the bottom.***Measurements*** NOTE: Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and measured across the front only. Be sure to double and then subtract your own "wiggle room". If you need a measurement not listed, shoot us a question to seller and we'll be glad to comply.Bust: from side to side at the top of the side seams where the sleeve is attachedis 19" unstretched and stretches to 23"Underbust: unstretched is 12" and stretches to 19"Waist: 15" unstretched, stretches to 21"This continues to widen, with the hips being free-- at least 25" or so.Length: 40" All the elastic is teeny and soft so it's not a tighty-tight painful stretch :) Please be sure this item will work for you because we do not accept returns of any kind.
