®We started off with 144 of these fabulous pieced dresses in a couple of styles and this is the last of them. Grab up a deal as, while you have your choice of either a Medium or Large, we have mostly size Large in this style. The colors vary and we’re showing you the colors next to the size detailed so you can see.The suggested retail was $69 and we sold barrels of them for $52.99. We’ve marked them to almost cost to move the last remaining. The top, which has a great trimmed out VEE neckline is sort of what I'd call "Harlow Style", because it is gathered from the shoulders down under the bust at the empire waistline. More trim follows the under the bust. The trim sort of looks like lace with soutache woven into it. Beautiful! There is an added embroidered piece and another piece of that crochet trim below that. Anyway, this dress is fabulous and you can dress it up or down. The green, mauve and pink are all stone washed after the dye so they are very subtle. The purple was dyed after the “stoning” so it is deep, dark purple. This is the drapey heavier rayon that has that great flowy “hand” to it. There are 3 fabrics here -- there is sold drapey cottony hand rayon, the same rayon but it's a matte jacquard, and then a chikan georgette for the bottom ruffle.It's done in a sort of a patchwork style and the piecing is done vertically and horizontally, with the main piecing being done vertically. Then there are wider pieces past the knee, followed by a big ruffle in the floral pattern. Also, where you see the crochet running at the waist? It's lined. No see-thruIt's rayon, so cool water wash. The drapey heavy cottony feel rayon needs no lining.It's just sodrapey and flowy.An all around fabulous "hippie" dress that you can wear at least 3 seasons. ***Measurements*** NOTE: Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and measured across the front only. Be sure to double and then subtract your own "wiggle room".
